1. The product
NexaPeptide Research Access is a digital education pack sold for A$5.00 one-time. It contains general research education, an evidence guide, a claim-check worksheet and a source log. It does not include peptide products, access to product supply, medical care, personal recommendations or guaranteed outcomes.
2. Licence
The purchaser receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to read, print and use the files for their own education. The files must not be redistributed, uploaded publicly, shared with a group, resold, sublicensed, used as a competing product or republished as therapeutic-goods advertising.
3. Educational scope
Do not use the pack as the basis for self-diagnosis, self-prescribing, product selection, dosing, cycles, stacks, reconstitution, sourcing or treatment decisions. Personal decisions require a licensed healthcare professional.
4. Delivery
The checkout provider supplies a digital download link through the purchase receipt. Keep the receipt and use the same email address for download recovery. Contact nexapeptide-store@proton.me if a valid order cannot access the file.
5. Price and tax
The listed base price is A$5.00 in Australian dollars. Any tax or payment-provider adjustment is shown before payment where applicable. No recurring charge is authorised by this one-time product.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the refund and problem-resolution page for the process if the digital product is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed.
