Information you choose to provide
A quotation enquiry may include your name, organisation, email, optional telephone number, delivery country and postcode, product list and message. A general enquiry includes your name, email, subject and message. We use this information to respond, prepare quotations and support your request. It is not a subscription to marketing emails.
How an enquiry is sent
If the button says “Prepare enquiry email”, the site opens your email app. You must press Send there. If the button says “Send enquiry”, the form is transmitted to our website host for processing. A received message appears only after the form service accepts the request. A download or copied summary alone does not send an enquiry.
Browser storage
The age and terms acknowledgement is saved for the current browser session. No date of birth is collected by that box. Your order list, selected currency and cached exchange rates are saved in local browser storage. The browser tracker also keeps its records on your device; clearing browser data can remove those records. Use its export tools for records you want to keep.
Hosting and service providers
The website host processes the technical data needed to deliver pages and, when enabled, handle enquiries. Your email service and our email provider process messages you send. The currency display requests reference rates from Frankfurter. Providers may process data outside your country.
Payment and sensitive information
The store does not collect payment-card details. Payment arrangements are supplied separately with an approved quotation. Please do not submit medical history, prescriptions, identity documents, passwords or card details through the enquiry forms.
Records and requests
Enquiries and order correspondence may be kept while needed to answer your request, fulfil an order or meet recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
